Welcome to Cinatti Studios (cinattistudios.com). These Terms and Conditions govern the professional 3D Rendering and Visualization services provided by us to clients globally, including Europe and North America. By engaging with our website or services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Cinatti Studios provides high-end 3D architectural visualization, interior rendering, and external 3D modeling. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in the written quotation provided to the client via email.
2. Custom Quotations & Project Commencement
- Non-Fixed Pricing: As our services are highly customized, prices vary based on project complexity, scale, and detail.
- Agreement: A project is considered “active” only after the client accepts the formal quote via email and fulfills the initial payment requirement.
- Accuracy: The client must provide accurate CAD files, PDFs, or sketches. Any errors in the final render due to incorrect client data will not be the responsibility of Cinatti Studios.
3. Payment Terms (International)
- Payment Partner: We use Razorpay to process all international transactions securely.
- Payment Cycle: Typically, we require a 25% advance payment to schedule and start the project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon the approval of low-resolution watermarked previews.
- Final Delivery: High-resolution, watermark-free renders will be released only after the 100% project fee is cleared.
4. Revision Policy
We aim for client satisfaction and offer a structured revision process:
- Included Revisions: Each project includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, furniture placement, lighting tweaks).
- Major Changes: Structural changes to the 3D model after the initial approval or changes that deviate from the original brief will be billed as “Extra Work” at an hourly or fixed rate.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final images for marketing, presentations, and commercial purposes.
- Designer Rights: Cinatti Studios retains the right to use the rendered images in our professional portfolio, website (cinattistudios.com), and social media platforms for self-promotion, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
6. Delivery Timelines
- We provide estimated delivery dates for every project. However, timelines may shift based on the speed of client feedback and the complexity of requested revisions.
- Cinatti Studios is not liable for any financial losses caused by project delays.
7. Refund and Cancellation
- Before Work Starts: If a project is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
- After Work Starts: Once the 3D modeling or rendering process has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable to cover the cost of labor and digital resources utilized.
8. GDPR & Data Privacy (European Clients)
In compliance with European data laws, we ensure that your project files and personal contact information are kept secure. We do not share your architectural plans with any third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
